Technical Information
Installation
Remote Arrow is easily installed either at your depot or at T M Safety Signs. The system works with 12 and 24 volt electrics and consists of three parts:
Controller
This simple unit is installed in the cab of the truck. The box has three settings (arrow left, arrow centre, and arrow right) and indications of arrow position, power and fault conditions.
Actuator
A powerful but compact actuator is mounted on the rear of the 610 sign board. This box contains the ram, position sensors and electronics. A spindle runs to the front face of the sign board on which the arrow is mounted.
Data Link
A rugged but slim cable links the arrow to the controller.
